A family business that treats you like family
We are Kyle and Ka Magilke — a veteran-owned and woman-owned family business, and parents of three boys. We both grew up spending most of our spare time with our grandparents, so we know how much seniors have been through and how much their families count on getting this right.
Ka has spent 10 years in this industry and has called Las Vegas home since 2003. Kyle is a disabled veteran. After his own injury, before community care was available, he learned firsthand how hard it can be to get the care you need — and how much it matters to have someone in your corner.
That is why we lead with a giver approach: education before sales. We volunteer and teach at adult daycares and senior apartments across the valley, and we work to bring our clients as many plan options as we can, so you get the best fit — not just the easiest sale.

What’s changing for 2027
Yearly limit on what you pay for covered Part D drugs (up from $2,100 in 2026). After that, you pay $0 for covered drugs for the rest of the year.
The standard Part D deductible rises from $615. Many plans charge less — we’ll find out what yours charges.
Some plans are leaving areas, raising costs, or cutting extras like dental. Read your Annual Notice of Change letter — or bring it to me.
Medicare-negotiated prices start January 1 for 15 more drugs, including Ozempic and Wegovy.
The parts of Medicare, in plain words
Hospital stays, skilled nursing, hospice. Most people pay no premium.
Doctor visits, outpatient care, tests. Has a monthly premium.
Private plans that bundle A, B and usually D, often with extras. Uses a network.
Prescription drug coverage. Each plan covers different drugs.
Supplement plans that help pay what Original Medicare doesn’t.
